Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from MSPicklesPaints. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the original purchase date. Please read the following guidelines carefully to ensure a smooth return process:

Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date.
The item must be in its original condition and packaging, unused, and in the same condition in which it was received.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team via email, and provide your order number and the reason for the return/exchange.
We will issue a return label to you, which you can use to ship the item(s) back to us.
Once we receive the item(s), we will inspect them to ensure that they meet our return guidelines. If everything is in order, we will process the refund/exchange within 5 business days.
If you are returning an item for a refund, we will credit the original payment method used to make the purchase.
Please note that we do not cover the cost of return shipping, except in cases where we have made an error in shipping or the item arrived damaged or defective. If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Additional non-returnable items:

 

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable products
  • Subscriptions

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

 

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Return Policy for Commissioned Paintings

Thank you for commissioning a painting from our artist. We want you to be completely satisfied with your custom artwork. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of receiving the painting. Please read the following guidelines carefully to ensure a smooth return process:

Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the painting.
The painting must be in its original condition and packaging, unused, and in the same condition in which it was received.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team via email or phone, and provide your order number and the reason for the return/exchange.
We will provide instructions on how to package and ship the painting back to us. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
Once we receive the painting, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets our return guidelines. If everything is in order, we will process the refund/exchange within 5 business days.
If you are returning the painting for a refund, we will credit the original payment method used to make the purchase.
Please note that commissioned paintings are personalized and unique, and therefore cannot be resold. As such, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 20% of the original purchase price for any returned painting that is not damaged or defective.

In the unlikely event that the painting arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately upon receipt, and provide photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

 

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
